How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Within UAE
Orders once shipped are typically delivered 2-3 working days within the city limits in UAE and 3-4 days in outskirts. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). Customers are recommended to provide the complete address with landmarks.
Other GCC Countries:
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after order placement and should take approximately 5-7 working days to reach you.
Orders above 499 aed are eligible for free shipping.
Note that the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes as per government regulations in the country. (Please highlight this)
What if my order is undelivered?
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and the product is returned, we will initiate a refund to your card or bank account after receiving the product.
The refund should reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
Missing or Damaged Items:
We take great care while packing however damages are a part of ecommerce during transit. To process claim the damage and expedite reimbursement, please:
- Contact customer service when identifying the damage.
- Provide the order ID
- If the item has any damage or any content missing, please request an RTO (Return to Origin) within the first 7 days of delivery. We will not take responsibility for the damaged item(s) after this period.
- Please provide photos and videos of 3-4 different angles.
- Keep all the original inner and/or outer packaging.
