RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Sports Studio deals with the top quality product and aim to deliver the best possible products to our customers. However, if they're not working right for you, we've got you covered.

Customers may return their order within 14 days after delivery with no additional charges, as long as the below conditions are followed.

·         Products must be returned in their original condition with the labels, wrapping and original packaging still attached. Any products purchased in a set must be returned as a set. Partial Returns of a set cannot be processed.

·       If the products that are received by The Sports Studio are in non-original condition or do not follow the policies described here, you will be notified and the product will be held by the company for 14 days before being destroyed. If you require the returned product, you will need to pay AED 20 or the actual shipping charger, whichever is higher for the return shipping back to you within 14 days from the date of notification.

·        Exceptions: In order to ensure you are getting products with the highest standard of hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns for certain items including:

·         Customised products like Rackets with String/Grip customization or Blades with rubbers or engraved products

·         Underwear

·         Sports Bras

·         Socks

·         Wrist Bands

·         Towels

·         Consumable items like Shuttlecocks (Nylon or Feather), balls

·         Grips

·         Water Bottles

·         Insoles

We may cancel your order(s) if:

  1. Due payment not paid when due; or
  2. Required information that is necessary for us to provide the products is not provided within a reasonable time; or
  3. You attempt to bulk or multi-order purchase, where we reserve a right to cancel any order(s), at our sole discretion. or
  4. Order(s) not being capable of fulfilled due to product(s) not being available. or
  5. If we are unable to supply of the product due to reasons beyond our control.

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at swk@karmen.com.sg or by using our live chat on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped. If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and try our best to accommodate your request.
